Privacy policy
This note explains what happens to personal data when you use robertmedia.ro. The controller is Robert Prisecaru, reachable at prisecarurobert31@gmail.com, working from Romania.
What this site stores
The pages themselves do not keep an account, and they do not run advertising cookies. Watching the films and reading the pages does not ask for your name.
The hire note
The form asks for your first name, last name, email, phone number and country code, city, what you want, and anything else you choose to add. Sending it prepares a message in your own mail app. The text is not saved on this website. It reaches the photographer only if you send that email.
Why it is used
The details are used to answer the request, to hold or decline a date, and to deliver the work you booked. The legal basis is steps toward a contract, and, after a booking, performing that contract. Messages are kept for as long as the job and the invoices need them, then deleted unless the law asks for a longer archive.
Who else sees it
No list is sold. A lab, a drive link, or an accountant may see only what that step needs. If a tool sits outside Romania, it is a service used to send or store the files of a job you asked for.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your data, and you can object to a use that is not required for the job. Write to prisecarurobert31@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
